About Position

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in Pay Level 10 of the 7th CPC (₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400) across 13 subjects/departments:

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's Degree: Minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from a recognized Indian or foreign university.

• Eligibility Test / Ph.D.: Clearance of UGC/CSIR NET, SLET, or SET. Candidates awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009/2016 or from a top-500 world university (QS, THE, ARWU) are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.

Selection Process

1. Online application submission and document upload via the university portal.

2. Hard copy submission of the online application form and supporting self-attested documents to the Registrar's Office.

3. Shortlisting based on UGC Table 3-A Academic Criteria (100-mark scale: Academic Score 80, Research Publications 10, Teaching/Postdoc Experience 10).

4. Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates (top 20 candidates shortlisted per post).
