You are responsible for:

• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

• Aggregation of academic jobs, fellowships, workshops, conferences, programs
• Profile management with CV upload, skills, experience
• Email application template generation
• Push notifications and daily email digests

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Scrape or use automated tools to extract data
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malicious content or harmful code
• Impersonate another person
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

By uploading content (CV, profile, cover letters), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process it solely for providing our services. You retain all ownership rights.

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Job postings are from third parties — we do not verify or endorse them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetUVidhya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend your account for Terms violations. You may request account deletion anytime via Dashboard settings.

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes posted here with updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
