Qualifications & Experience
Professor: Ph.D. with First Class in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / Finance / relevant discipline, minimum 10–15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (with 3 years as Associate Professor), successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates, and a minimum Research Score of 120. Alternatively, candidates from industry with 10–15 years senior managerial experience.
Associate Professor: Ph.D. with First Class in Master's Degree in relevant discipline, minimum 8 years of full-time experience (including 3 years Post-Ph.D. experience), and a minimum Research Score of 75. Professional qualification as CA/CMA/CS with relevant experience is also applicable.
Assistant Professor: Mandatory Ph.D. with minimum 55% in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / Finance / relevant discipline. Minimum 2 SCI/peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journal publications. Professional qualification as First Class graduate + CA / CMA / CS is also accepted.
Selection Process
Screening and shortlisting of candidates based on academic credentials, research score, and publication record.
Interview session conducted by the NMIMS Selection Committee.
