• Consolidated Pay: ₹1,27,000 per month (Equivalent to Level 11)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Management, Corporate Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Development, or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in Government, Autonomous Bodies, CFTIs, or PSUs in fields such as Corporate Relations, campus placements, student career development, talent acquisition, or industry partnership development.

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen as per Government of India rules; Deputation age limits follow DoPT guidelines).

Selection Process

1. Screening & Shortlisting: Applications are reviewed by a Scrutiny Committee based on qualifications and experience; a Screening Test may be conducted if required.

2. Interview: Physical interview conducted for shortlisted candidates.

3. Document Verification: Verification of original educational certificates, experience credentials, NOC, and category certificates.
