Fellowship / Salary Details

• Salary Range: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

• Performance Incentives: Based on achievement of fundraising targets

• Duration: Initially 1 year, extendable based on performance and project requirements

• Age Limit: < 45 years (relaxation possible for exceptionally meritorious candidates)

Job Nature

• Lead fundraising and CSR outreach initiatives for PRAKALP • Draft proposals, concept notes, and donor communications • Coordinate MoUs and partnerships with corporates and CSR partners • Maintain donor records, financial documentation, and compliance • Engage stakeholders through meetings, events, and reporting
