About Post
The Associate Vice President (AVP) will lead the Executive Education team, working closely with faculty and corporate partners to design and deliver customized and open enrolment programmes. The role involves strategic engagement with CXOs, CHROs, and L&D heads, fostering global alliances, and driving innovation in executive education.

Eligibility Criteria
• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute • At least 15 years’ professional experience, with 5 years in senior leadership roles • Proven expertise in designing, developing, and marketing executive education programmes or L&D activities • Strategic thinking and execution skills in relationship marketing, digital marketing, programme administration, and adult learning practices • Knowledge of industry L&D requirements and management disciplines (strategy, leadership, finance, HRM, operations, digital, ethics, CSR) • Desirable: Experience in integrated marketing, global alliances, asynchronous programmes
Fellowship / Salary Details
Pay Level: Level 13 (7th CPC Pay Matrix)
Tenure: 3 years (extendable)
Benefits: At par with permanent employees of IIMA
Alternative Appointment: Candidates assessed slightly below prescribed standards may be considered for General Manager role (Pay Level 12)
