Tenure: 12–24 months (extendable based on performance)

Compensation: Salary will be based on qualifications and experience according to IIMA guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioural science research involving human participants.
  • Design and execute experimental and survey-based research studies.
  • Analyse research data using statistical techniques.
  • Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Present research findings at national and international conferences.
  • Support laboratory management, ethics applications, and project documentation.
  • Contribute to workshops and research dissemination activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

  • PhD from a recognised institute or university in an analytical or behavioural science-related discipline.
  • PhD/FPM in:
    • Cognitive Science
    • Neuroscience
    • Behavioural Science
    • Economics
    • Marketing
    • Finance
    • Related analytical disciplines.

Preferred Skills

  • Consumer Behaviour knowledge.
  • Marketing, Finance, Economics or Data Analytics.
  • E-Prime or PsychoPy.
  • EEG and Eye Tracker data acquisition & analysis.
  • Programming knowledge.
  • SPSS or R.
  • Ability to work independently in interdisciplinary teams.

Eligibility Criteria

PhD from a recognised institute or university in an analytical or human insights-focused discipline.
Candidates with a PhD/FPM in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Behavioural Science, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of Consumer Behaviour, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.
Experience with E-Prime/PsychoPy, EEG & Eye Tracker data acquisition, SPSS/R, and programming is preferred.
