Educational Qualification

Candidates under this category should have secured First Division and possess a valid NET/GATE score as prescribed.

Route 2 – M.Sc.

M.Sc. in Electronics with:

First Division
Valid NET qualification

Route 3 – M.E./M.Tech

M.E./M.Tech in:

Electronics
Power Electronics
Electrical Engineering

Candidates under this route should have secured First Division at both Graduate and Post-Graduate levels.

Fellowship / Stipend

Selected Junior Research Fellows will receive:

₹37,000 per month + applicable HRA

The fellowship and HRA will be provided as per the applicable DRDO rules and conditions.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is:

28 years

The age will be calculated as on the date of the walk-in interview.

Age Relaxation

Applicable relaxation is provided for eligible reserved categories:
