Eligibility Criteria

• Professor: Ph.D. or equivalent; minimum 10 years teaching/research experience, with at least 6 years as Associate Professor at a reputed institution; strong research and publication record.

• Associate Professor: Ph.D. or equivalent; minimum 6 years teaching/research experience, with at least 6 years as Assistant Professor; strong research and publication record.

• Assistant Professor (Grade I): Ph.D. or equivalent; minimum 3 years teaching/research/professional experience (excluding Ph.D. period); demonstrated research capability through publications in reputed journals/conferences.

• Assistant Professor (Grade II): Ph.D. holders not eligible for Grade I may be considered for contractual positions at Academic Level 10 or 11, with progression to Grade I upon meeting experience/performance requirements.

Salary / Funding

• Professor: Pay Level 15 (₹1,82,200 – ₹2,24,100) / Pay Level 14A (₹1,59,100 – ₹2,20,200)

• Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A2 (₹1,39,600 – ₹2,11,300)

• Assistant Professor: Pay Level 13A1 (₹1,31,400 – ₹2,04,700)

• Assistant Professor (Grade I): Pay Level 12 (₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400)

• Assistant Professor (Grade II): Pay Level 10–11 (₹57,000 – ₹1,17,200)

Selection Process

• Final selection based on academic credentials, research output, and teaching excellence.
