  • Assistant Professor (Anesthesiology) – 7 posts (Deputation, Level‑11)

  • Assistant Professor (Occupational Therapy) – 2 posts (1 UR, 1 OBC, Level‑11)

  • Embryologist – 1 post (UR, Level‑11)

  • Assistant Professor (Plastic Surgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Medical Oncology, Urology, Endocrinology) – Multiple posts (UR/OBC, Level‑11)

  • Assistant Professor (Geriatrics Medicine) – 1 post (UR, Level‑11)

Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services

  • Veterinary Officer – 19 posts (SC‑1, ST‑5, OBC‑2, EWS‑1, UR‑10; 1 PwD reserved) – Level‑7

Eligibility Criteria

  • Assistant Professors (Medical Specialties): • MBBS or equivalent recognized medical qualification under IMC Act, 1956. • Postgraduate degree in concerned specialty (MD/MS/DM/M.Ch). • Teaching/research experience as per specialty norms. • Knowledge of Konkani (essential); Marathi (desirable).

  • Assistant Professor (Occupational Therapy): • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. • 3 years teaching experience. • Knowledge of Konkani (essential); Marathi (desirable).

  • Embryologist: • PG in Clinical Embryology OR Ph.D. in ART/Fertility OR MBBS/BVSc + PG in Clinical Embryology OR PG in Life Sciences/Biotech with certified training. • ART laboratory experience (1–4 years depending on qualification). • Knowledge of Konkani (essential); Marathi (desirable).

  • Veterinary Officer: • Recognized Veterinary qualification under Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. • Registration with Goa State Veterinary Council. • Knowledge of Konkani (essential); Marathi (desirable).

Salary / Funding

  • Assistant Professors & Embryologist: Pay Matrix Level‑11 (7th CPC).

  • Veterinary Officers: Pay Matrix Level‑7 (7th CPC).

Selection Process

  • Online application via GPSC portal.

  • Screening/shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.

  • Interview conducted by GPSC.

  • Deputation posts require NOC and clearance from parent department.
