Position: Associate Professor / Assistant Professor Area: Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Innovation & CSR Job Type: Regular Full‑Time Location: Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh Reporting To: Area Head & Dean Academics

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teaching & Course Development: Deliver courses in Strategic Management, Design Thinking, Business Simulation, and electives in Strategy. Contribute to curriculum development and student‑centered learning.

• Research & Publications: Publish in reputed journals, present at conferences, and advance knowledge in Strategy and related fields.

• Institution Building: Participate in institutional development, lead academic initiatives, and foster innovation.

• Consultancy & Projects: Secure and manage consultancy/research projects; collaborate with industry partners to integrate real‑world challenges into teaching and research.

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D./FPM in Strategic Management or related subject from reputed institutions worldwide.

• For Assistant Professor: Candidates who have submitted Ph.D./FPM theses and are awaiting award of degree may apply (appointed initially as Academic Associates until award).

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience preferred.

• University rank holders given preference.

• Industry practitioners with PGDM/MBA and prior teaching experience encouraged to apply.

Salary / Funding

• Salary and allowances as per AICTE norms (7th Pay Commission).
