About the Position
Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Associate position under the sponsored research project titled "Development of Superconducting Electrical Resonators and Vertical Interconnects for Quantum Applications." The project is funded by SRSTI Quantum Pvt. Ltd. and is led by Prof. Shiv Govind Singh from the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Hyderabad. The appointment is purely project-based for a duration of one year.
The selected researcher will contribute to advanced research in quantum technologies, superconducting electrical resonators, and vertical interconnect development for next-generation quantum systems. The role involves scientific research, device design, simulations, fabrication, characterization, and collaboration within the project team.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Ph.D. with B.Tech./M.Tech. equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum one year of postdoctoral experience.
- At least three publications in SCI-indexed Q1 journals.
- Experience in modeling and simulations using COMSOL or Ansys.
- Experience in micro/nano fabrication and clean room protocols.
- Experience in designing and fabricating resonators for quantum applications.
- Experience in superconducting vertical interconnects for 3D integration.
- Strong academic record along with excellent technical writing and communication skills.
