Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess:

• Ph.D. in Experimental Hard Condensed Matter Physics.

Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible to apply.

Academic Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from Graduation onwards.
• Minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Class 10 and Class 12.

Preferred Skills

• Fabrication of two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals heterostructure devices.
• Cryogenic transport measurements.
• Raman Spectroscopy.
• Photoluminescence (PL) Spectroscopy.

Roles & Responsibilities

The selected Post-Doctoral Fellows will:

• Fabricate two-dimensional van der Waals heterostructure devices.
• Perform advanced experimental research and analyze scientific data.
• Develop and optimize laboratory setups.
• Mentor research scholars and laboratory members.
• Assist in establishing a new experimental research laboratory.
• Participate in teaching and other academic responsibilities as per institute guidelines.

Fellowship

• Monthly Fellowship: ₹72,000 – ₹84,000 (Consolidated)

The exact fellowship amount will depend on qualifications and relevant research experience.

Project Duration

• Initial appointment for One Year.
• May be extended based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.
