About Post

The Junior Research Fellow will contribute to simulation and hardware-based studies of PV-battery powered quasi Z-source inverter systems for hybrid electric vehicles, focusing on design, control, and performance optimization.

Eligibility Criteria

• First-class UG and PG degrees with ≥60% marks or CGPA ≥6.5 (GEN/OBC/EWS) • GATE qualification mandatory • Specialization in Power Electronics, Drives, Electric Vehicles, or related fields

• Experimental knowledge in hardware/control design of power converters • Familiarity with MATLAB, PLECS, PSIM, PCB Design Software, DSP/FPGA controllers • Strong analytical ability and report writing skills

Salary/Funding

• ₹37,000 per month for first 2 years • ₹42,000 per month for third year • HRA admissible as per institute rules

Job Nature

• Simulation and hardware-based study of inverter-fed motor drives • Development and testing of PV-battery powered systems • Contribution to project deliverables and reporting
