The U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), Bengaluru, is the leading satellite technology centre of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) under the Department of Space, Government of India. URSC is responsible for the conceptualization, design, development, fabrication, testing, launch, and in-orbit management of spacecraft, contributing significantly to India's space missions and satellite programmes.
Apprenticeship Overview
URSC invites applications for one-year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Amendment Act, 1973. Apprentices will receive practical industrial training in engineering and commercial practice disciplines while working at one of India's premier space research centres.

Who Can Apply
Candidates who:
- Have completed the required Degree or Diploma from a recognized University or Board.
- Passed the qualifying examination during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Are Indian Nationals.
- Have not previously undergone Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act.
- Are not pursuing higher studies during the apprenticeship period.

Eligibility Criteria

Additional Eligibility:
- Pass-out year must be 2022–2026.
- Candidates who completed apprenticeship earlier or possess one year or more work experience are not eligible.
