About the Recruitment
The Department of Mathematics is recruiting a 1st Year Math Experience Coordinator to oversee academic support initiatives for first-year mathematics students.
The selected candidate will:
- Coordinate Math Shop operations and tutoring services.
- Analyze student performance data.
- Develop and implement retention and student success initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and student support units.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate tutors.
- Ensure FERPA compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Support continuous improvement in first-year mathematics education.
