About the Post
The Institute of Pathology – Laboratory of Nephropathology is recruiting a Data Scientist / Data Manager (f/m/d) to support research in Digital Pathology.
The selected candidate will work on:
- Large-scale pathology image datasets
- Clinical and omics data management
- AI-based pathology research
- Image analysis and data curation
- Data quality assurance
- GPU computing infrastructure
- FAIR data principles
- Biomedical research data integration
The position is full-time (38.5 hours/week) with an initial contract of one year, extendable until completion of doctoral studies.
