About Organization
The Pradhan Mantri Virasat ka Samvardhan (PM VIKAS) scheme is a flagship skill development initiative of the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. IIT Dharwad, Karnataka, is conducting the 2026‑27 programme to empower minority communities through advanced training in Artificial Intelligence.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate candidates belonging to Minority Communities (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, Jains).
Age: 18–45 years.
Graduates with basic knowledge of AI applications.
ITI holders and final‑year graduate students are also eligible.
Experience Requirements
Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications preferred.
No prior work experience mandatory.
Salary / Funding
Free one‑year training.
Monthly stipend: ₹1,000 (DBT transfer to Aadhaar‑linked bank account).
Post‑placement support: ₹2,000 per month for two months after successful placement.
Free residential facilities including boarding and lodging.
Government‑recognized certification from Sector Skill Council (SSC).
Selection Process

Screening based on eligibility criteria.
Selection communicated via email/portal updates.
