TIFR GS 2027 Registration – Apply Online, Eligibility, Exam Date and Last Date

The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) has announced the schedule for TIFR Graduate School (GS) 2027 admissions. TIFR conducts its Graduate School admission process for students seeking admission to Ph.D., Integrated M.Sc.-Ph.D. and other eligible postgraduate programmes offered across its departments, centres and campuses.

The TIFR GS 2027 online application portal will open on 26 September 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official TIFR Graduate School admission portal.

TIFR GS 2027 Programmes

• Mathematics – Ph.D. at CAM: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Afternoon Session

• Physics: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

TIFR GS 2027 Examination Centres

The TIFR GS 2027 examination will be conducted at centres across India. The official list includes cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram and several other cities.

TIFR GS 2027 Selection Process

The TIFR Graduate School admission process begins with applications for the written examination. Candidates who meet the relevant eligibility criteria can apply for the applicable programme and appear for the TIFR GS examination.
