About the Recruitment
Voltanova is inviting applications for the position of Senior Process Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of high-temperature Thermal Energy Storage systems.
The selected candidate will play a key role in process engineering, equipment design, system integration, and engineering optimization. The role involves leading FEED activities, preparing engineering documentation, supporting fabrication and commissioning, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop scalable clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Lead process engineering design for Thermal Energy Storage systems.
- Prepare and review P&IDs, process flow diagrams, plant layouts, and piping designs.
- Perform heat and mass balance calculations.
- Design heat exchangers, steam cycle systems, boilers, and high-temperature process equipment.
- Select pumps, valves, pipes, fans, instruments, and control systems.
- Lead Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) activities.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, IBR, and Indian engineering standards.
- Coordinate with thermal, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams.
- Support fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous product improvement.

Eligibility Criteria
