About Position

Applications are invited for the post of R&D Engineer reporting to the Chapter Lead. The role contributes to Electrification / Smart Power / Breakers & Enclosures. The engineer will be responsible for developing new solutions as well as technical improvement of active ones in line with required product standards and market specifications for electrical distribution board products.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering and product design.

• Key Skills Required: 2D/3D CAD design proficiency (Catia V5 and Creo 8.0 including sheet metal packaging for at least 2–3 years), Agile methodologies, Bill of Materials (BOM), Material Master Data, MS Office, and strong communication skills.
