- Ph.D. in Physics/Materials Science OR
- M.Sc. with 3 years of Research/Teaching/Design & Development experience and at least one SCI-indexed research publication.
Electronics
- Ph.D. in Electronics OR
- M.E./M.Tech with 3 years of Research/Teaching/Design & Development experience and at least one SCI-indexed research publication.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Chemistry
- M.Sc. (First Division)
- Valid NET/GATE/JEST qualification.
