Job Responsibilities
- Assist faculty in academic research projects.
- Conduct literature reviews.
- Design and conceptualize research studies.
- Perform primary and secondary data collection.
- Analyze research datasets.
- Prepare academic reports.
- Draft research papers and publications.
- Support research documentation.
- Coordinate research-related activities.
- Assist in publication processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Information Technology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- First Class academic record throughout.
- Regular mode education from a recognized institute/university.
- Research experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel, R, Python and/or NVivo is desirable.
- Publication experience in reputed journals will be preferred.
