Programme Details
IIIT Bhubaneswar has released a Rolling Advertisement under the ANRF Prime Minister Professor Scheme for the following positions:
- Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (PDRF)
- Research Associate (RA)
- Project Fellow
The programme aims to promote advanced research and scholarly development in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related interdisciplinary areas. PDRF/RA appointments are initially for one year and may be extended up to three additional years based on performance.

- Ph.D. holders from reputed Indian or foreign institutions.
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis (for PDRF/RA).
- Master's degree holders in Computer Science, IT, CE, ETC, or related disciplines (Project Fellow).
- Candidates with knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Software Development, and programming.

Eligibility Criteria
Post-Doctoral Research Fellow / Research Associate
- Ph.D. degree from a reputed institution completed within the last five years.
- Candidates awaiting provisional Ph.D. degree after thesis submission may also apply.
- Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA throughout academic career.
- Thesis should relate to AI, Machine Learning, or relevant interdisciplinary areas.
Project Fellow
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, CE, ETC, or related fields.
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Software Development.
- Programming skills in Python/C++/Java.
- Ph.D. and research publications are desirable.
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed periodically. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a presentation and personal interview.
