Post Details
Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Teach in various academic programmes.
- Develop and write management case studies.
- Participate in academic administration.
- Promote industry–institute collaborations.
- Contribute to placement-related activities.
- Participate fully in institutional activities on a full-time basis.
The Director, in consultation with the concerned area coordinator, will determine the portfolio of responsibilities based on the selected candidate's expertise and experience.

- A Master's degree or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed national or international institution.
- At least 15 years of managerial or professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years in senior management positions.
- Candidates from non-business backgrounds such as Psychology, Social Work, Chartered Accountancy, and similar professional fields are also eligible.
- A Ph.D. (FPM) is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates without a Ph.D. should demonstrate exceptional domain expertise gained through extensive industry experience.
