About the Organization

Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal (IIIT Bhopal) is an Institute of National Importance established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The institute offers undergraduate programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Physics and Computational Engineering, Mathematics and Computing, along with postgraduate programmes including M.Tech. and MCA.

Recruitment Overview

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess:

• Two-year PG Degree in Management (MBA) or PGDM/PGDBM in Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Communication, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (preferred) with at least 60% marks.
• Minimum three years of experience in the Training and Placement Cell of a reputed academic institution (desirable).
• Excellent communication, presentation, industry networking, employer engagement, event management, ERP handling, and placement coordination skills.
• Age should not exceed 45 years as on 20 October 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process

The institute will shortlist candidates based on eligibility, academic qualifications, and experience. Shortlisted applicants may be called for one or more of the following:

• Written Test
• Skill Test
• Personal Interview

Merely fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection or interview.
