Opportunity Details
TSDSI has announced a Call for Proposal for providing travel support to eligible startups and MSMEs participating in international 3GPP Working Group (WG) and Technical Specification Group (TSG) meetings.
The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) will reimburse 80% of eligible travel expenditure, with financial assistance capped at ₹5 lakh per person per international 3GPP meeting. The proposal will be evaluated on merit before approval.
Who Can Apply
Applications are invited from:
- Indian Startups
- Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
with annual turnover of up to ₹500 crore, participating in international 3GPP standardization meetings.

Selection Process
Applications will be:
- Scrutinized by the designated committee.
- Evaluated on merit.
- Approved by the competent authority.
Travel subsidy will be released only after completion of travel and submission of supporting bills for reimbursement.

How to Apply
Eligible applicants should submit the signed application form by email to TravelSupport@tsdsi.in.
Normally, applications must be submitted at least eight weeks before the intended international 3GPP meeting. For meetings scheduled in August 2026, proposals may be submitted within one week of the notification. The subsidy is provided on a reimbursement basis after completion of travel and submission of bills.
