About Organization

Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, is a premier institution of national importance. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is actively engaged in advanced research and training in cybersecurity, cryptography, and emerging technologies. The FDP is organized under the Information Security Education & Awareness (ISEA) Project Phase-III, sponsored by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.

About Programme

The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Cryptography and Security Applications: Classical to Post-Quantum” aims to provide faculty members, scientists, and industry professionals with insights into modern cryptographic techniques, cybersecurity applications, and emerging post-quantum security technologies. The program will be conducted in hybrid mode (Physical Training / VILT / Self-paced) with sessions scheduled from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
