Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have any of the following:
- B.E / B.Tech
- M.Sc / MCA
- M.E / M.Tech / M.Phil
- DOEACC B-Level or equivalent
- Relevant Fields Include:
Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Communication, Cyber Security, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering disciplines, etc.
Experience Required
Scientist-C: Minimum 4 years experience
Scientist-D: Minimum 8 years experience
(Experience must be in relevant IT / R&D / e-Governance / Software / Networking fields)
Age Limit
Scientist-C: Up to 35 years
Scientist-D: Up to 40 years
Age relaxation applicable as per government rules
