Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech/B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
M.Tech/M.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent specialization.
Research background in Microelectronics, VLSI, Integrated Circuits & Systems, Fabrication and Characterization.
Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA for GEN/OBC/EWS candidates.
Minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics, Device Modeling, MOS Devices, TCAD Tools, Fabrication and Characterization of Devices and Sensors.
Experience in MATLAB or Python is desirable.
