About Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL)
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is a Maharatna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. HAL is one of Asia's leading aerospace and defence organizations with multiple production divisions, overhaul facilities, service divisions, and research & development centres across India.
The Technical Training Institute (TTI), HAL Bengaluru, conducts apprenticeship training programs under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) to provide practical industry exposure to engineering graduates.
About the Apprenticeship Program
HAL Bengaluru invites applications from eligible BE/BTech graduates for one-year Engineering Graduate Apprenticeship Training under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
The apprenticeship provides hands-on training in aerospace, manufacturing, electronics, information technology, civil, and chemical engineering disciplines. Selected candidates will receive practical exposure to real-world engineering projects and industrial operations at HAL Bengaluru.

Who Can Apply?
Candidates fulfilling the following requirements are eligible:
- BE/BTech degree from a recognized university in India.
- Graduation completed on or after 01 August 2021.
- Candidates should not have undergone or be undergoing apprenticeship training under NATS elsewhere.
- Candidates with one year or more work experience are not eligible.

Selection Process
Selection will be conducted through walk-in selection based on merit and availability of vacancies. Candidates must report with original documents, self-attested photocopies, passport-size photographs, and NATS registration details.
