Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree.
• Excellent academic record throughout.
• Ph.D. should be awarded on or before the last date of application.

Experience Requirements

Professor

• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience.
• At least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor in premier institutions.

Associate Professor

• Minimum 6 years of teaching/research/industrial experience.
• At least 3 years as Assistant Professor or equivalent.

Assistant Professor Grade I

• Minimum 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience.

Assistant Professor Grade II

• Candidates with less than 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience may be considered on contract.

Age Limit

• Preferably below 35 years for Assistant Professor positions.
