Qualification

Ph.D. in relevant discipline

First class or equivalent grade in preceding degree

Consistently good academic record

Experience

Minimum 3 years of teaching/research/industry experience

Candidates with less than 3 years post-Ph.D. experience may be considered for:

Assistant Professor Grade-II (Contractual)

Pay Level 10/11 based on experience

Age Limit

Preferably below 35 years

Career Growth

Eligible candidates with 3 years post-doctoral experience in CFTIs/UGC/AICTE institutions may be promoted to:

Pay Level 13A1 (same designation retained)

Associate Professor

Pay Level: 13A2 (7th CPC)

Minimum Basic Pay: ₹1,39,600/- + Allowances

Qualification

Ph.D. in relevant branch

First class or equivalent in previous degree
