Eligibility Criteria:

Basic Qualification:

Ph.D. with first class or equivalent

Excellent academic record

Experience Requirements:

🟢 Assistant Professor:

Grade I: Minimum 3 years post-Ph.D. experience

Grade II: Less experience allowed (promotion later)

🔵 Associate Professor:

Minimum 6 years post-Ph.D. experience

At least 3 years as Assistant Professor

🔴 Professor:

Minimum 10 years post-Ph.D. experience

At least 4 years as Associate Professor

Key Requirements:

Strong research publications

Teaching experience

Ph.D. supervision (for senior roles)

Research funding / patents (preferred)
