Publication & Review Process

• Manuscripts should follow the IEEE Conference Template (LaTeX/Word).
• All submissions will undergo a Single-Blind Peer Review Process.
• Papers with poor quality or high similarity index may be rejected.
• Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
• Selected high-quality papers may be considered for journal publication after the conference.
